Cost Exclude:-

• Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porter age.
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Room Heater Charges
• Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

Cancellation Policy:-

• If cancelled before 30 days, a processing fee of Rs. 1000 will be charged plus Airline cancellation fee.
• If cancelled between 15-30 days, 25% of the tour cost will be charged
• If cancelled between 07-15 days, 50% of the tour cost will be charged
• If cancelled between 03-07 days, 75% of the tour cost will be charged
• If cancelled between 00-03 days or no show, 100% of the tour cost will be charged
• Cancellation policy will be applicable in spite of any Flight / Train cancellation effects the operation of the Tours
